This role is a smokejumper who goes distances to make sure customers are wildly successful. A person who communicates with customers, understands their questions as well as solves sophisticated technical issues. In this role, you will quickly learn different components in our architecture and understand how they connect to each other. This is a challenging role that grows you in engineering multidisciplinary and allows you to work with the very best in the industry and to be one of the very best.
Responsibilities:
- Triage and Resolve a variety of Support questions or issues from multiple inbound channels.
- Meet and exceed expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience.
- Provide technical updates to the team.
- Write automation scripts and, depending on bandwidth, may be asked to execute feature tests.
Skills Required for Juniper Networks India Careers:
- Freshers with no or 1 year experience
- Hands on experience on Java
- Good Problem solving skill
- Good Communication Skill
- Need to provide on call support & production activities
- Willingness to learn and implement it
